My Interspace is a secure web based control panel designed to streamline the management of Interspace's products and services. It provides advanced service administration and a simplified process for placing new orders and accessing support.
2.Accessing My Interspace
Open
https://my.interspace.com and sign in with your credentials.
First-time users should click
Create Account on the sign-in page. Note that validation of new accounts by our security team may take 2 to 48 hours.
3.Manage your services
After signing in, you will be directed to the Control Panel home page, where your ordered services are listed. To manage a specific service, simply click on it to access its management tools.
4.Requesting Support
For prompt assistance with our services, we encourage you to submit a support ticket via the My Interspace control panel. This process helps our team quickly locate the related systems and efficiently address your issue.
Simply log into My Interspace, select the relevant service, and click the
Support tab. There, you can create a ticket, detailing your issue and selecting the priority.
