Can I separate the cloud server storage into multiple disks?

1.Question

Can we configure the allocated storage space for the cloud server into multiple disks, visible as separate disk entities within the operating system?

2.Solution

Yes, it's possible to configure your cloud server's allocated storage into up to three separate disks, which will be recognized by the operating system as distinct disk drives.

Currently, this configuration cannot be performed by users directly through the control panel, My Interspace. If you require this setup, please reach out to our support, and we'll assist you with the necessary arrangements.

Additionally, it's worth noting that for many scenarios, creating multiple partitions within a single disk is sufficient for data organization. Before requesting multiple disks, consider whether multiple partitions on the same disk could meet your needs. This approach might simplify your storage strategy while still fulfilling your requirements.
