Interspace, represented by its COO Zoran Stamenov, attended the official opening of INNOFEIT EDIH – the first European Digital Innovation Hub in Macedonia. Led by INNOFEIT, this 4-year project will drive innovation, digitalization and entrepreneurship. INNOFEIT EDIH specializes in energy management, IoT, AI, robotics, digital twins, data analytics and 5G technologies.

As a key partner, Interspace will support public institutions, SMEs and startups by providing cloud services, secure internet access and cybersecurity expertise to accelerate their digital transformation. The hub offers comprehensive services including:

• Access to state-of-the-art laboratories for testing and prototyping.
• Contract research and technology transfer support.
• Training and skills development programs.
• Co-working spaces and expert matchmaking services.
• Assistance with funding applications and market access.
• Support for establishing spin-off companies.

The opening event featured addresses by project partners, the Minister of Digital Transformation, the Minister of Education, the Rector of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University and other institutional representatives. With a €2M budget co-financed by the EU, INNOFEIT EDIH will play a pivotal role in advancing Macedonia's digital ecosystem, fostering innovation and supporting businesses in their journey toward digital excellence.
